A Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals vote on AT&T's proposed wireless communications tower might not settle the matter. If the ZBA approves AT&T's requests, "we would certainly expect to continue to fight," said attorney Christopher Heep, who represents "a group of neighbors." The Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals could vote on AT&T's proposed wireless communications tower on Jan. 11, Vice Chairman Kevin McCarville told selectmen Tuesday night. The ZBA most recently discussed the project, which faces neighborhood opposition, on Nov. 9. The board continued the public hearing until Jan. 11. Selectmen interviewed McCarville and member Lee Wernick Tuesday night as candidates for reappointment. McCarville is chairing the zoning meetings while ZBA Chairman John Lee is in Afghanistan serving with the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
