UPDATED: Person Struck by Train Monday ID'd as Foxborough Man

The person struck by an Amtrak train in Foxborough on Monday has been identified as a Foxborough man. Nicholas Bertozzi, 32, of Foxborough was trespassing when the accident occurred, MBTA spokesman Joe Pesaturo said today. The MBTA Transit Police continue investigating the accident, Pesaturo said. At 4:40 p.m. Monday, an MBTA dispatcher notified transit police dispatch of the accident a short time earlier in the area of 5-33 East St., Foxborough, according to the transit police report, which Pesaturo provided.
