Especially for Pets at the Village Shoppes in Cobbs Corner will be hosting 'Paws for Pets', on Wednesday, Nov 14. They've partnered with their Village Shoppes neighbor, Ceramics a la Carte ('a paint your own pottery' and custom design studio) to create for you a keepsake of your cat or dog's paw print. Your $25 fee will buy you one four to five inch round color paw print hanging of your cat or dog's paw print, complete with their name and the year. Especially For Pets, located in the Village Shoppes in Cobbs Corner on the Canton-Sharon line celebrated its third Anniversary on Saturday, Sept. 15, with a fund raiser for Pulmonary Hypertension Research. All proceeds will go to Brigham and Womens Hospital. Available at the event were goody bags, a prize wheel where each spin had a winner, a bake sale for humans and a yummy cake. The dogs enjoyed some frozen yogurt samples especially for dogs. Amazing Greyz, a non profit organization which is dedicated to providing greyhounds with the best possible care while they await their forever homes were on hand with several of their dogs.
