12 Years After Restoration, 1808 Sharon Home Seeks New Owners
The Bullard House and barn are for sale.
If someone lived at Sharon's 60 and 62 Bullard St., Doris Bryant likely knew it. Bryant "kept track of all the people who actually lived in the house, starting with John Bullard. That's pretty cool," Melinda Morin says. Now the 1808 Bullard House and barn, which Morin and her husband David Miller restored and expanded after buying the 5.86 acres in 1998, is for sale. Bryant, who died in 1997, was the previous owner of the site, which was part of the Bullard estate, Morin says. The couple says their 18-month remodeling project piqued community members' curiousity.
