Looking to take advantage of the February vacation week to hone in on your skiing skills without having to travel too far north? No problem. This week Sharon Patch will provide updates on the ski conditions at the Blue Hills Ski Area, located in nearby Canton. The following snow report was last update on the Blue Hills Ski Area website shortly after 6 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 18. To view a live webcam of the ski area, click here. The ski slopes were open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday with a surface of packed powder that was hard packed. All slopes were open Monday, save one black diamond trail "Beer's Bluff".
