The Friends of Borderland, 257 Massapoag Avenue are having 2 events on Sunday, Nov 18. There will be tours of the Ames Mansion from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Volunteer guides conduct tours which will be every 20 minutes for adults and older children. Explore the history of the Ames Mansion while supporting the Friends of Borderland. A $3. donation, per person is requested. Rain or shine. In 2009, the Department of Conservation and Recreation did a major restoration of the interior and exterior of the mansion.
