More detailed plans for Sharon Commons' access road could reach selectmen soon. Developer Sharon CF II LP hopes to submit a 100 percent design proposal for Old Post Road to the board by the end of this month, Project Manager Richard Kershaw said Monday. A 25 percent design was previously presented for the road, which will connect the 448,000-square-foot retail and office project to South Main Street, he said. The Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals recently granted Phase Two site plan approval for the project, as well as Phase Three building approval for Target and for BJ's Wholesale Club.
