Sharon High School Gymnasts wrap up the season with Eagle Pride!

Sharon Gymnasts wrapped up their season this past saturday at the South Sectional High School Gymnastics Championships with an 11th place finish.  Although they would have liked to have finished higher as a team the Eagle pride spirit was strong and there were several memorable performances. In a field of 113 athletes top individual places were sophomore Natalie Maidment who placed 14th in the All around, 5th on Beam, and 6th on Bars; and sophomore Rachel Greene who placed 17th in the All Around. Other great moments came when the Seniors who competed Chelsie Noller (Floor & Vault), Erin Moore (Beam), and Marielle Fisher (Bars, Beam & vault) each hit every one of their routines, finishing with smiles on their faces and receiving swarms of hugs from their teammates! What a fabulous way for them to end their gymnastics careers. Congratulations Sharon Eagle gymnasts your sportsmanship, hard work, and spirit make us all very proud!
