Annual Sharon Education Foundation Spelling Bee Coming March 21

Fifth graders will be taking part in the competition this year as well.

More than 30 adult teams from Sharon will test their spelling skills in March as part of the annual Sharon Education Foundation Spelling Bee.

Slated for Thursday, March 21, the event will allow one winning team to have their names permanently engraved on the perpetual SEF Spelling Bee Trophy, according to an announcement on the Sharon Public Schools website.

New to this year's bee, however, fifth graders will be able to join in on the competition. An announcement regarding the fifth graders' involvement will be coming soon.
