8:38 a.m. - Motor Vehicle accident with injuries on Hixson Farm Road and North Main Street. Provided basic life support.

1:55 p.m. - Emergency medical call to 181 Pond Street. Provided basic life support.

9:37 a.m. - An outside rubbish, trash or waste fire was extinguished at 2130 Providence Hwy.

9:14 a.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 25 Canton Street.

October 17

11:29 a.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 72 Highland Ave.

1:04 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 50 Quincy Street.

6:01 p.m. - A faulty smoke detector at 454 South Main Street caused the detector to go off due to malfunction.

8:18 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 80A North Main Street.

9:53 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 27 Black Elk Road.

October 18

2:45 a.m. - A water or steam leak at 11 Willow Street required manpower.

7:32 a.m. - A natural gas or LPG required an investigation at 27 Canton Street.

9:05 a.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at Ames and Cottage Street.

9:39 a.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 42 Walnut Street.

2:57 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 15 Post Office Square.

4:27 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 199 Wolomolopoag Street.

6:12 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 59 Orchard Hill Drive.

7:11 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 9 Madison Ave.

7:11 p.m. - Emergency medical service at 213 South Main Street, transport person.

10:33 p.m. - Emergency medical service at 29 North Main Street, transport person.

October 19

2:45 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG required an investigation at 14 Bradford Ave.

3:29 p.m. - A motor vehicle accident with injuries on Mechanic and Wayne Drive. Person was transported.

3:50 p.m. - Emergency medical service at 48 Lyndon Road. Person was transported.

4:29 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG at 45 Lantern. Action: Refer to proper authority.

5:33 p.m. - A natural gas leak or LPG at 42 old Wolomolopoag Street. Action: Refer to proper authority.

7:57 p.m. - Emergency medical services at 76 Furnace Street. Person transported.

October 20

6:52 a.m. - There was a motor vehicle accident with no injuries at 25 Providence Hwy. Provided first aid and checked for injuries.

8:31 a.m. - Emergency medical call at 224 Poquanticut Street. Person was transported.

12:08 p.m. - Emergency medical call at 68 Baldwin Drive. Person was transported.

6:38 p.m. - Emergency medical call at 345 Massapoag Ave. Person was transported.
