Police Log: Graffiti, Breaking and Entering, and More

Sept. 10

2:30 a.m. – A complaint about a loud noise near High Plain Street and Norwood Street was received.

8:42 a.m. – A car accident on South Main Street was reported.

10:33 a.m. – A car accident on South Main Street was reported.

8:29 p.m. – An erratic car operator on High Plain Street and Route 1 was reported.

9:44 p.m. – After making a motor vehicle stop on Maskwonicty Street and Bullard Street, police arrested and charged Brian Niethold, 52, of Sharon with failure to stop for police, speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

 

Sept. 11

12:40 a.m. – A street sign was reported in the street near Heights Plaza Place and South Main Street.

6:39 a.m. – A bicycle was left on a lawn on North Main Street. 

7:19 a.m. – A large truck blocking a sidewalk on Brook Road was reported. 

7:36 p.m. – A hit and run car accident was reported on Route 1.

 

Sept. 13

8:59 a.m. – A laptop was reported stolen from a vehicle on Route 1.

12:31 p.m. –Two dogs were found loose on South Main Street.

12:47 p.m. – Sharon police assisted Stoughton PD with an arrest.

4:30 p.m. – Graffiti was reported on Wilshire Drive. 

6:33 p.m. – A breaking and entering on Tracey Lane was reported.

6:48 p.m. – A person climbing into a house window on Marie Avenue was reported.
