Police found Noy a short time later and arrested the man, according to Mass State Police.

Noy was wanted on two warrants for failing to register as a Level 3 sex offender. He was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child after assaulting a 10-year-old girl in 2010.

“Noy had been hired by a Fall River family to perform exterior landscape work at their residence. When the parents left the property for a brief trip to the store, Noy entered the house and carefully sought out the young girl who had been left with older siblings inside. Noy located her in a bedroom, sexually assaulted her, and fled the area before being captured later,” according to State Police.

He was also convicted of assault and battery in 2008 after he grabbed a female from behind in an apartment building hallway and tried to drag her into his apartment. She fought off Noy.

He was also convicted of malicious destruction of property and attempt to commit a crime when he tried to break into a 13-year-old girl’s bedroom in 2012.

With Noy’s arrest, State Police have arrested eight of the 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders in Massachusetts since police released the list to the media and posted to social media last month.
