What to do with a Slum Landlord?

What to do, what to do? I have rented a house is Sharon. I have been here for 1 year. I have outside water coming into the house from the roof & from the ground. The water is pooling on the windows and down the walls. I began to notice the smell 1st last Fall. Then I noticed the smell.  I am going to assume that the water is causing mold ( black , green & yellow) to grow EVERYWHERE! I notified the owner of the issues in the late winter when I could confirm the continual water & mold.  I have tried for more than 7 months of my 1st year lease. To no avail. Can anyone offer some suggestions on how to deal with these issues &/or a attorney that can deal with them for me. I enjoy living here in Sharon & I enjoy my neighbors, most of whom have been anchored for 40 plus years. But I do not like being taken advantage of. Thanks for your assistance.
