Rec. Department Holds 35th Annual Halloween Parade

Yesterday, the Sharon Recreation Department held the 35th Annual Sharon Halloween Parade. The parade started at Sharon Town Hall, where the children and their families walked towards downtown, following the lead of the truck at the front of the parade.

They worked their way around Town Square and then headed down Pond Street, ending back on East Chestnut Street at Town Hall.

When they returned they were greeted by the fire fighters with goody bags filled with candy. Other booths set up included a can drive and face painting by students from Sharon High School and other groups around town.
