Sharon Open Studio Tour and Art Show November 11
Are you curious about how artists work? Would you like to talk to accomplished artists and see their studios? Then this is the event for you! The Sharon Creative Arts Association and The Friends of the Sharon Public Library have joined forces to present the Sharon Open Studio Tour and Art Show. Six of Sharon's most talented artists have agreed to open their studios to the public on November 11. from 1 - 4 pm. Many pieces of their work will be on display, some will be for sale. The artists will tell you about their work: their inspiration, their history and their techniques. They will answer any questions you have. These are all fascinating women.

At the same time there will be an Art Show at the Sharon Public Library featuring the work of many Sharon artists in a variety of media including oil, watercolor pastel, pen & ink, photography and fabric arts. It all happens on November 11, from 1 to 4 pm. Tickets are available on the day and in advance for $20 at the Sharon Public Library, 11 North Main St Sharon. All proceeds will benefit The Sharon Creative Arts Association and The Friends of the Sharon Public Library. The Art Show is free and open to the public. Allow yourself plenty of time to see the Art show and all 6 studios as there is so much to see and learn. In addition, the exhibit will be open on Saturday the 10th from 7:30 to 9 pm. This preview show will be held in conjunction with The Friends of the Sharon Public Library's annual meeting. Learn about who the Friends are and how we support the library as you enjoy the art.
