Mass. Governor's Race: Who's Your Pick?

Martha Coakley is the favorite with a 15 percent margin, according to a WBUR poll.

Martha Coakley is the favorite heading into the governor's race this fall, according to a WBUR-FM poll.

Coakley, a Democrat now serving as attorney general, leads Republican front-runner Charlie Baker by a 15-point margin at 41-26 percent.

Both are coming off failed bids in 2010, when Baker ran for governor and Coakley ran for the U.S. Senate.

The WBUR poll had state Treasurer Steven Grossman trailing Coakley by a 45-14 margin in the Democratic primary.

Seventy-five percent of people said they had never heard of Juliette KayyemJoseph Avellone, or Don Berwick—three more Democratic hopefuls.

The primary is Sept. 9. The general election is Nov. 4.
