Job Purpose:

• Obtains revenue and pays invoices by verifying and completing payable and receivable transactions.

Duties:

• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
• Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
• Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
• Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
• Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.

Box Truck Driver

Our client located in Sharon, MA is looking to hire a Box Truck Driver to their team. The Box Truck Driver will be responsible for driving to specified locations and unloading given products at these locations. The Box Truck Driver position is full time, temporary to possible permanent position.

The hours for this position are Monday- Friday; beginning at either 4 a.m. or 5 a.m. to finish

The pay for this position is $15.00/hour

Responsibilities for Box Truck Driver:

• Drive to specified locations
• Load and unload product
• Unload large rolls of installation at specified locations
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
