Hello Sharon, I'm the new local editor for the Sharon Patch!
My name is Dan Libon and I am excited to start covering the best place to live in America! As your new editor, I wanted to take some time to tell you about myself and share with you my experiences as a Patch local editor.
While I come from Foxboro, I am no stranger to Sharon. Both my parents are Sharon High School graduates and many of my aunts, uncles, and cousins still call Sharon home to this day!
After graduating from Wheaton College in 2009, I spent some time in politics before finding my calling in the world of journalism. After dabbling in the field for some sports blogs, I joined Patch in early 2011 as a freelancer for a few nearby sites including Foxborough, Wrentham, and Norton.
In June 2012, I became local editor for the Wrentham Patch and later moved to the Mansfield Patch at the start of this year. In June, I had the opportunity to become the local editor of the Foxborough Patch, a position I still hold along with my new responsibilities in Sharon.
