5 Things, Oct. 2: Bridge, Mah Jong and an Autism Insurance Law Workshop

Go cheer on your classmates as the Sharon High School Volleyball Teams face off Oliver Ames.

1. Be sure to check out some Bridge or Mah Jong at the Sharon Senior Center today at 1 p.m.

2. The Blanche Ames National Art Exhibition returned to Borderland State Park for its 10th year this past Sept. 18, and runs through Oct. 6 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Throughout her life, Blanche Ames created a beautiful body of artwork, much of which still adorns the halls of Borderland’s Ames Mansion. Check it out and celebrate that artistic legacy and view the artwork by selected artists for this year's exhibition.

3. From 3:45-5:15 p.m., Sharon High School's freshman volleyball team will take on Oliver Ames, JV Volleyball vs OA from 3:45-5 p.m. and Varsity Volleyball vs OA from 5-6:15 p.m. at Sharon High School

4.The Massachusetts Autism Insurance Law Workshop, sponsored by the Sharon and Foxboro Parent Advisory Councils in Special Education. 7-9 p.m. in the Foxboro Public Safety Building, 8 Chestnut St., Foxboro. The event is fre.
