5 things Dec. 15: Sharon High Girls Basketball to Host Mansfield

1. The Sharon High girls' basketball team will be playing host to the Mansfield Hornets at 6:30 p.m. tonight. Over the years, the two rivals have found themselves in close games during their two meetings in the season. The Sharon High boys' basketball team will be at Mansfield at 6:30 p.m. The Hornets are one of the rated as one of the top teams in Eastern Massachusetts.
2. The Boston Herald's Inside Track reported the Sharon's Tommy Do, a skater on Disney On Ice, who portays Mickey Mouse, flicked the switch to light the 85-foot Christmas Tree at the Faneuil Hall Marketplace this week.
3. There will be no blood pressure clinics at the Sharon Health Department on Dec. 26, 27 or 28. For immediate assistance, Sharon officials are recommending residents visit the Sharon Fire Department.
