Sharon Residents Team up With Little Wanderers for Sweet Fundraiser

Sharon resident Michelle Rubin Pepe of Bernie and Phyl’s Furniture and daughter Rachel had fun with frosting at The Home for Little Wanderers’ 5th Annual Gingerbread Competition which kicks off The Home’s Big Wishes Gift Drive. The Pepes teamed up with Ginger Betty’s Bakery and MAGIC 106.7’s Chris Shine to create their gingerbread masterpiece which brought home the honors of “Best In Boston” and featured peace, love, and lots of candy!

The Home for Little Wanderers, the nation’s oldest and one of New England’s largest child and family service agencies, teams up with local chefs and celebrities, as well as residents from surrounding communities, to kick off the non-profit's annual Big Wishes Gift Drive at the Gingerbread House Decorating Competition. The Big Wishes Gift Drive distributes donated gifts to thousands of children who are in The Home’s program. For more information visit www.thehome.org
