Sharon Girl Wins Regional Yoga Championship
On Sunday October 20, 2013 Lindsay Resca (11) from Sharon, MA daughter of
Kristin Resca and Peter Resca won the New
England Regional Yoga Asana Championship at the Buckland Hills Mall in
Manchester CT. Lindsay performed 6 postures on stage in front of hundreds of people and impressed the judges with her poise and flexibility. Lindsay
trained at Bikram Yoga in Stoughton, MA and also competes in Irish Step
Dancing in Walpole, MA. She will move on now and compete in the US
National Yoga Asana Championship in NYC in March 2014, competing for a spot at the World Championship in June.
