DeCesare Joins East Cambridge Savings Bank as Vice President, Commercial Lending

CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS- East Cambridge Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Stephen DeCesare has joined the Bank as vice president, commercial lending.

DeCesare has many years of experience in banking. Prior to joining East Cambridge Savings Bank, DeCesare served as vice president, commercial loan officer at Central Co-Operative Bank; vice president, commercial loan officer at Needham Bank; vice president, commercial loan officer at Eastern Bank; and president, CEO, treasurer, and director at Sharon Co-Operative Bank. In addition to banking, DeCesare also served as an Ensign in the United States Coast Guard.

“East Cambridge Savings Bank is excited to welcome Stephen to our commercial lending team. His wealth of experience will help us maintain and grow our commercial relationships throughout Greater Boston,” said Tim Bombard, senior vice president and chief lending officer.

DeCesare earned a master’s degree from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and from UMass Dartmouth in North Dartmouth, Massachusetts. DeCesare earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut.

DeCesare currently resides in Sharon with his family.
