90 Day Fitness Challenge at Personal Best Karate/Kickboxing begins Jan. 18

It’s a common scenario – New Year resolutions are made, started in a positive mindset, then forgotten two weeks later. “People have good intentions, but usually their plan is not always thought-out or executed correctly,” said Christopher Rappold, founder of Personal Best Karate. “We are able to help people reach their goals but keep it fun and energizing at the same time with our 90 Day Fitness program.”

Personal Best Karate begins its annual 90 Day Fitness Program on Saturday, January 18. The program is unlike others in not only its compilation but also in its execution. “People can join individually or in teams and help each other work towards their goal,” explained Rappold. “By having that extra support system, people not only have the accountability but also the excitement that helps you stay on track. Last year, the 90 Day Fitness members lost over 920 pounds.”

Participants who sign up for the program  will receive three months of unlimited kickboxing and/or karate, a 12-week nutritional plan, a formalized weigh-in and body composition, and  extra seminars for those in the program. Another caveat: a free seminar with Dr. Mark Mincolla, a world-renowned nutritional and holistic doctor whose nutritional advice is sought after.“When I started the 90 Day Fitness program I weighed 214 pounds and dropped down to 189 pounds,” said Ramin Mehgren, who participated in the past.  “I felt great, full of energy and, most of all, the karate classes have become more enjoyable and the hard work-outs do not phase me anymore.  I can only recommend this program very highly.”

Those interested in the program should call the Personal Best Karate school closest to them to register – Norton, Foxboro, Easton, Norwood, Medfield --  by checking out the website atwww.personalbestkarate.com

Founded in 1991, Personal Best Karate has been working with families and individuals to change their lives for the positive. A full karate and kickboxing school for men, women and children, Personal Best teaches character education as well as self-defense, leadership, and BullyGuard; and is the recognized force behind the Turkey Brigade, a community outreach program that just fed 2,000 families a turkey dinner this past Thanksgiving.
