By request, Let's Laugh Today is moving from Saturday to the third Monday evening of every month!
So unbuckle your chuckle and attend a FREE Laughter Yoga session at The Unitarian Church of Sharon, 4 North Main Street from 7pm to 8pm on Monday, September 16th. Any age and any level of physical ability can participate in this uplifting experience!
Enjoy this unique exercise of simulated laughter combined with gentle breathing that brings more oxygen to the body's cells. This oxygen boost gives enhanced vitality, energy and a feeling of real well-being. Please bring your water bottle because laughing is dehydrating. Led by Certified Laughter Yoga Teachers, Linda and Bill Hamaker.

School Committee Meeting This Week
The Sharon School Committee will meet on Sept. 18 at 7 p.m. at Sharon Middle School. Agenda items include an update on the conditions of Sharon High School and Heights Elementary School.
Vocalist Watkinson to perform at EPOCH of Sharon
Vocal soloist and entertainer Anne Marie Watkinson will perform at EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Sharon, 259 Norwood St., on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 2:30 p.m. Watkinson performs for many senior living facilities from a diverse repertoire of Broadway show tunes, spiritual songs, patriotic music, oldies and more.
During her shows, Watkinson hopes to remind her audience of a forgotten favorite and inspire them to sing along.
