Youth LEAD (Youth Leaders Engaging Across Differences) is thrilled to honor Sharon residents Raj and Nalini Sharma for ten years of support and advocacy.  Youth LEAD (formerly known as Interfaith Action) has sponsored a nationally-renowned youth leadership program in Sharon for over a decade.  Youth LEAD is now expanding to new communities, including Boston, the North Quabbin Region of MA, and Oklahoma City.  The Sharmas have been instrumental in helping Youth LEAD grow from a local program to a nationally recognized model.

Youth LEAD was recognized earlier this year by the Pluralism Project at Harvard University as one of two promising practices with youth nationwide.  

Thursday's Gala brings together business and financial industry leaders from Greater Boston as well as local supporters of Youth LEAD Sharon.  Youth LEAD teen participants will be facilitating a portion of the evening program.
