You Saved Me Too

Join us to hear Sharon author Susan Kushner Resnick talk about her new book, "You Saved Me Too: What a Holocaust Survivor Taught Me about Living, Dying, Fighting, Loving and Swearing in Yiddish" on Thursday night February 28, 7pm at the Sharon Public Library.

Resnick's book is the true story of a remarkable friendship begun randomly as Aron Lieb met Sue Resnick at a JCC. This fifteen year relationship begins with weekly coffee dates and grows into much more as Resnick learns of Lieb's experiences in the Holocaust and as he begins his final demise . She soon moves beyond casual conversation sharing their life stories and helps him with his mental illness with a promise to not let him die alone.

There will be a question and answer period following the presentation. This program is free and open to the public.Light refreshments will be served. For further information please call Barbra Nadler, Library Director at 781-784-1578 or email at bnadler@ocln.org.
