Sharon Cub Scout Pack 95 will hold its Blue and Gold Banquet at 2:45 p.m. Saturday, March 12 in the Heights Elementary School gym.
About 70 Sharon cub scouts will be awarded for completion of badge requirements, all will advance in rank, and about nine fifth- grade Webelos 2 scouts will earn the Arrow of LIght award. Also, the Webelos 2 scouts will graduate to Boy Scouts. The Boy Scout troop and leaders will be present. There will be a dinner at 4 p.m., and entertainment by magician John Henry at 5 p.m.

Heights Elementary School incorporates technology into many aspects of its curriculum. The school has a technology blog and late last spring, students participated in a Skype call with students in Quebec. Also, one third-grade class teamed up with a class in Fort Mill, S.C.
