Old Colony Hospice holds a Golf Classic X Tournament from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 20 at the Thorny Lea Golf Club in Brockton.
A Golf Ball Drop will be held at 5:30 p.m. There will be 1,500 golf balls dropped onto the 18th fairway. Three people will receive cash prizes. A golf ball is available for $10.
