Mark McLean from the DCR said this crosswalk across Melrose Street is "extremely unsafe." Part of the DCR's plans include creating an almost 80-foot long median island, starting at the crosswalk and extending down Melrose Street.

Over the summer, Sharon Patch asked you where you thought the worst speeding spots in town were.
The biggest response suggested that Lakeview Street, from Massapoag Avenue to East Foxborough Street was the most dangerous for speed drivers.
Now, we would like to ask readers: Where should a crosswalk be added in Sharon?
