Sharon's Square Jam Lineup Grows
David Maxwell, Skatana added for Aug. 2 festivities.
The stage for Sharon's 18th Annual Square Jam has grown.
Pianist David Maxwell and local band Skatana have joined the line-up for the 6 p.m. Aug. 2 event in Sharon's Post Office Square, town officials announced Wednesday.
Mitch Woods and His Rocket 88s previously were announced for the festival, at Main at Billings streets.
Inclement weather would move the event to the Sharon Community Center.
The event will feature free, farmer's market style refreshments from Crescent Ridge Dairy, Ward’s Berry Farm, Coriander Bistro, French Memories Bakery and Cafe' and Mangia Trattoria and Pizzeria, officials said.
New Arts of Sharon will sponsor a children’s art activity.
