Sharon Policesay a man broke into a Howard Farm Road home this morning, fleeing with several pieces of jewelry.

The suspect broke in by kicking the back door, triggering the alarm, police said in a press release. The incident was reported about 10:46 a.m. Howard Farm Road is off Mansfield Street.

"A neighbor observed a white male (early 20's, dirty blond hair, clean cut, wearing jeans) fleeing from the rear of her neighbor's house," police said.

Sharon Police and a Massachusetts State Police K-9 searched the area for the suspect unsuccessfully.
