The Sharon High School gymnastics team set a team point record and individual season bests to beat host Mansfield, 145.325 to 144.7, at Arnold's Gymnastics Academy in Mansfield on Saturday.
The Eagles also remained perfect this season: 5-0, entering their final two regular-season meets, at North Attleboro this Friday at 7:30 p.m.; and against Attleboro at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7 at the Academy of Gymnastics in Stoughton.
Sharon's 145.325 points against Mansfield was a school record, Co-Coach Jamie Whiting said.
Individually, "all six competitors on floor had season highs," she said: senior tri-captains Sara Spelfogel and Melissa Steinberg; juniors Alicia Dagle, Jessica Chabot and Sami Kaplan; and sophomore Chelsie Noller.
Kaplan also had season-highs on all-around (38.1), vault and bars, Whiting said.
Other season-highs came from: senior Brian Lee on vault (9.25); and Chabot, Dagle, junior Emily Wooten and sophomore Marielle Fisher, all on bars.
