The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook on Wednesday for Eastern Massachusetts, including Sharon.
"Snow and sleet tonight will change to rain Thursday," the outlook states. "Some accumulation is possible before the changeover."
Rain could be heavy at times Thursday morning, causing the potential for minor urban flooding, the outlook stated.
Wind gusts, meanwhile, will reach around 37 degrees.
