I will vote for Sichuan Gourmet in the Sharon Heights Plaza. It's the most authentic Chinese food I have tasted anywhere in this region. The dishes are interesting, spicy and well prepared. They are not tempered for American tastes. The regular presence of Asian diners in the restaurant testifies to the authenticity of the food.
