LIST: 2012 Toys for Tots Drop Off Locations in Sharon
Find out where to bring your Toys for Tots donations in the area this holiday season.
Last month, Sharon Patch reported that Vince Wiflork, star defensive tackle for the New England Patriots, stopped by the South Main Street branch of Eastern Bank to film several TV spots promoting a partnership between Eastern Bank and the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve's Toys for Tots campaign.
Toys for Tots is well underway for the holiday season, and there are several locations close by to drop your toys off. Those interested in taking part should bring new, unwrapped toys to the drop-off locations.
Every year for the past 28 years, the Massachusetts State Police has worked with the Marines to collect toys for needy children by using State Police Barracks as drop off locations and assisting with toy drives throughout the state. The age group that is most needed is age 0-2 and 11-14 years-old.
