Kayaker Rescue Tops Sharon Firefighters' Week

Here are the highlights of the Sharon Fire log.

 

Last Sunday's rescue of a kayaker on Lake Massapoag was the highlight of Sharon firefighters' week.

The incident was reported at 10:34 a.m. last Sunday, June 3.

Here are the other highlights of the Sharon Fire log for June 3 to June 9, courtesy of the Sharon Fire Department:

On Sunday, June 3 at 2:43 a.m., firefighters responded to Pond at Billings streets for a reported vehicle accident with injuries, and transported one person to the hospital.

At 12:32 p.m., EMS responded to 52 Harold St., and transported one person to the hospital.

At 12:33 p.m., EMS responded to 25 Tiot St., and transported one person to the hospital.

At 4:23 p.m., firefighters investigated a reported carbon monoxide incident at 19 Lyndon Road.

On Monday, June 4 at 7:28 a.m., EMS responded to 22 Lyndon Road, and transported one person to the hospital.

At 12:58 p.m., EMS responded to 13 Dehart Ave., and transported one person to the hospital.

At 4:45 p.m., EMS responded, mutual aid, to 158 Carl Annon Court, Foxborough, and provided advanced life support.

At 8:49 p.m., EMS responded to 7 Stoneview Lane, and transported one person to the hospital.

On Tuesday, June 5 at 1:55 p.m., EMS responded, mutual aid, to 3 Janice Road, and transported one person to the hospital.

On Wednesday, June 6 at 2:47 a.m., EMS responded to 6 Lakeview St., and transported one person to the hospital.

At 3:22 p.m., EMS responded to 45 Wilshire Drive, and transported one person to the hospital.

On Thursday, June 7 at 1:05 a.m., EMS responded to 15 Blueberry Lane, and provided first aid and checked for injuries.

At 9:37 a.m., EMS responded to 86 Chase Drive, and transported one person to the hospital.

At 2:40 p.m., EMS responded to 168 Wilshire Drive, and transported one person to the hospital.

At 3:01 p.m., EMS responded to 15 Massapoag Lane, and transported one person to the hospital.

On Friday, June 8 at 9:06 p.m., EMS responded to 52 Harold St., and provided first aid and checked for injuries.

At 10:06 p.m., EMS responded to 232 Edge Hill Road, and transported one person to the hospital.

On Saturday, June 9 at 2:45 a.m., EMS responded to 96 South Pleasant St., and transported one person to the hospital.

At 12:04 p.m., EMS responded to 181 Pond St., and transported one person to the hospital.

At 12:28 p.m., EMS responded to 48 East Foxboro St., and provided basic life support.

At 8:35 p.m., EMS responded, mutual aid, to 38 Donald Road, Stoughton, and transported one person to the hospital.
