Four Sharon Residents Riding With Brown on PMC Team

They'll all be part of 'Team Lenny.'

Four Sharon residents will join U.S. Sen. Scott Brown for an upcoming two-day Pan-Massachusetts Challenge bicycle ride for cancer research.

Laura Davis, Jerry Anderson, Ed Hershfield and Rich Goldman will join Brown (R-Wrentham) on "Team Lenny" for the Leonard P. Zakim Center at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute through the PMC and Jimmy Fund, Anderson said Friday.

The 33rd Annual Pan-Massachusetts Challenge is set for Aug. 4 and Aug. 5,  and will involve 5,500 cyclists trying to raise $36 million total to support adult and pediatric cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through the Jimmy Fund, according to an event press release.
