1. Attend Sharon High's Homecoming
Sharon High School celebrates Homecoming today, with a carnival from 11:15 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the varsity football team hosting Canton at 2 p.m.
2. Attend an Irish harp concert
The Not Just Another Coffee House will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. on the third Saturday of each month, at the Unitarian Church of Sharon. The first session is tonight, with Kathleen Guilday, Irish harpist and winner of the All-Ireland harp championship. Tickets are $8.
3. Attend a yard sale
An estate/yard sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 269 Massapoag Ave.
There will be antiques, furniture, childrens, collectibles and household items. The rain date is Oct. 16.
4. View classic cars
Herb Chambers Lexus hosts a Cars and Coffee from 7 to 10 a.m.
5. Support the Sharon Historical Society
The Sharon Historical Society's silent auction and antique sale runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, at the group's museum, on High Street.
