Happy Father's Day.

 

"Five Things You Need To Know Today" is a Patch column that provides readers with essential, daily information at a glance.

1.Go for a Father's Day Walk

The Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary will offer self-directed walks on Father's Day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The average time to complete this walk is about an hour.

Admission is $5 to $8.

2. Enjoy youth baseball

The Sharon American League Championship final game will be held at 5 p.m. at  Deborah Sampson Field B.

3. Catch Canton Legion baseball

The Canton American Legion baseball team hosts Norfolk at 5 p.m. at Canton Memorial Field.

4. Catch Foxborough Legion baseball

The Foxborough American Legion baseball team travels to Walpole at 5 p.m. at Bird Middle School.

5. Watch a softball tournament

The Sharon Softball Association is hosting a Sharon Summer Showdown tournament from Friday to Sunday at the Ames Street playground.

There will be 24 teams coming from not only out of town, but from other states.

The games aren't open to the public, but spectators are welcomed. A full snack shack will have breakfast and lunch available for purchase and softball apparel for sale.
