Sharon officials have announced that railroad parking passes for the Sharon MBTA rail station for Oct. 1-Dec. 31 will go on sale this Thursday, Sept. 6 at 10 a.m. 

To purchase a pass, residents can visit the Town of Sharon website. Passes will be $85 for the quarter, and can be purchased with a MasterCard, Visa or debit card, and residents will need to have their registration information handy when ordering, according to the Sharon town website.  

Residents are asked not to fill out the application for the pass before 10 a.m., as they will have to refresh the website in order to submit the form. Public computers will be available at the Sharon Department of Public Works office for use to order passes.
