Thirty-one Cub Scouts from Pack 95 in Sharon headed to the Ecotarium in Worcester for an overnight in mid-January.
The programming allowed time to explore the museum's natural history collection and living wildlife -- teaching the scouts about Earth's history and New England environments.
The sea creature theme taught the scouts about tide pools and dissecting squid.
An educational scavenger hunt and a planetarium show rounded out the night.
Early the next morning, the scouts visited Kendra the polar bear and the other wildlife living at the museum before the scouts went home.
