Perkins School Offers Holiday Cards

Sharon residents can share the joy of the season while helping Massachusetts students who are blind by sending Perkins School for the Blind holiday cards to family and friends.

The Perkins School is offering eight different cards, each with colorful artwork celebrating the winter season, created by students at their Watertown school. All the student artists are blind, and some have other disabilities such as deafness.

Money raised by the sale of holiday cards will fund Perkins programs and services that help infants, children and adults who are blind, deaf, blind or visually impaired.

The cards feature vibrant scenes that capture the joy of the New England holiday season, including a singing snowman, a wintery forest and snowflakes.

The cards are sold in packs of 10 for $10. Each 7" x 5" card is printed in color on heavy, coated stock. Blank white envelopes are included. For an additional fee, cards can be customized with personal messages, including a company logo. Volume discounts are available.

To order or for more information, call: (617) 972-7833. For personal or corporate orders, visit: www.Perkins.org/holidaycards. Or write: Perkins School for the Blind, Attn: Holiday Cards, 175 N. Beacon St., Watertown, MA 02472.
