Sharon Health Department Volunteers,

On behalf of the Sharon Health Department, it is with great pleasure to express our appreciation for all of the remarkable services provided by you at our recent flu clinics.  The contributions you made to these clinics have been extremely valuable and contributed to the success of the clinics.  This was my first flu season with the Town of Sharon; and I can honestly say I have never seen so many acts of volunteerism elsewhere!

We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks and appreciation for a job well done.  Thank you so much for all of your time, effort and hard work.  Your contributions are invaluable.
